PUBG Corporation has said the company will join its parent South Korean firm Krafton Inc. to invest $100 million in India. The investment will be made for local video games, e-sports, entertainment and IT industry.
The company has also said that it will be the largest investment made by any Korean company in India.
The company plans to organise big e-sports-based tournaments in India where millions of pool prizes can be held.
The company, however, has not yet revealed when the game will be launched. The company’s official statement said that the information will be shared soon.
