What is Gulab Jamun?

For Sugar Syrup
1 1/2 cup Sugar
1 cup Water
1/4 tsp Cardamom powder
1 tsp Lemon Juice
3 drops of Rose Essence For Gulab Jamuns
1/2 cup non fat Milk Powder
1 tbsp Desi Ghee / Butter
1 tbsp fine Suji
1 tbsp Maida
2 tbsp Milk + 3 tsp if needed
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Lemon Juice
In this recipe small fried dumplings are prepared using either Khoya or milk powder and then those are soaked in sugar syrup. It’s really super tasty and delicious.
How to Prepare Sugar Syrup?
For making sugar syrup take a cup and ½ (half) of sugar into a saucepan and do that add a cup of water and then give that a stop. Now we start the warmth on high and bring this to a boil and here this a sugar syrup has come to a boil. Now reduce the heat to the media and will allow it to simmer over medium heat for next eight to ten minutes.

How to Make Gulab Jamun
Let’s start to fry these Gulab Jamuns now the right temperature of this oil is a
