Bollywood actress Juhi Chawla filed a solicitation in the Delhi High Court in the 5G case. Juhi’s petition regarding the damage caused by the radiation of the 5G network was also heard. But now the court has reprimanded the actress in the case.

Not only this, a fine of Rs 20 lakh has also been imposed on Juhi Chawla. On Friday, the court said that the actress had misused the proceedings of the court, so she was fined. The court reprimanded saying that it appears as if it has been done to garner publicity, as the petitioner (Juhi Chawla) herself does not know that her petition was purely based on legal advice and not on facts. This fine has been imposed on him for misuse of court time for publicity.

Dismissing Juhi Chawla’s 5G petition, the Delhi High Court said that the petition was filed for publicity and the video link of the court was shared. Along with this, the court also said that the petitioner did not even deposit the full court fee which is Rs 1,97,544. He was directed to pay this amount within a week. Significantly, Juhi Chawla had shared the video link of the court hearing on social media. Many people had joined this video link.

Wasted court time

The court said that the entire petition was based on legal advice in which no facts were laid. The petitioner has wasted the precious time of the court for the sake of publicity. This is evident from the fact that he shared the video link of the court proceedings with his fans.

The petition was based on legal advice

This fine was imposed on Juhi Chawla for misusing the proceedings of the court. The court said that the petitioner himself was not aware that the petition was filed on the facts. It was based solely on legal advice, filed for publicity.

Juhi Chawla raised the issue because

Juhi Chawla had moved the Delhi High Court against setting up of 5G wireless network in the country and raised issues related to the effect of radiation on citizens, animals, flora and fauna.

Know what is in Juhi’s petition

Juhi Chawla’s 5G petition has claimed that 5G wireless technology plans threaten to have serious, irreversible impacts on humans and permanent damage to all ecosystems on Earth. Chawla, Viresh Malik and Tina Vachani have filed a petition saying that if the 5G plans of the telecom industry are fulfilled, no animal, then no person, any insect, any bird and any plant on earth will be saved from its adverse effects. .

Juhi Chawla’s 5G petition was being heard, the person started singing

Juhi Chawla has demanded in this petition that before the implementation of 5G wireless network in the country, all the research related to it should be carefully considered.

The hearing of this case was done through virtual medium. During the hearing, as soon as Juhi Chawla joined through video conferencing, one of the people involved in the hearing started singing the song. The man started singing ‘Lal Lal lips par gori kiska naam hai…’. Taking this seriously, the court asked to mute the person.

‘Petition filed for publicity’

A bench of Justice JR Midha said that, ‘The entire petition was based on legal advice, in which no facts were laid. The petitioner has wasted the valuable time of the court for publicity. This is evident from the fact that he shared the video link of the court proceedings with his fans. Juhi Chawla was fined for missing the proceedings of the court.
