Masala Dhosa most famous Indian Cuisine.
It’s origin from Tuluva Mangalorean cuisine and it was originated in Udipi, Kranataka. Masala dhosa is prepared from rice batter with potato and curry leaves. Masala Dhosa has 2 parts, 1st part has potato stuffing and 2nd part is Dhosa itself.
Dhosa is made from rice batter and with potato stuffing and with some garnishing seed and coriander. Dhosas are served hot along with sambar and chutney.
This dish is prepared in 10 different varieties. In North, India Dhokla is usually eaten as a snack with tea or on Diwali, Holi, and Such occasions. But in Gujarat Dhokla is eaten for breakfast, as appetizers and even as the main course.
Dhokla is made from pulses, chili pepper, coriander, ginger and, baking soda. It is generally served with deep-fried chilies and chutney made from coriander. It is garnished with coriander leaves and often with grated coconut.
8 Vada Pav
Vada pav is the Most Famous & Popular Fast Food in Maharashtra & all over India.
In 1966, head of political party Shiv Sena, Bal Thackeray asked his men to set up small businesses. Among his men was Ashok Vaidya who just tried different ideas of Vada Pav to check the response and since then vada pav is hit in Maharashtra, this is how vada pav was invented.
Boiled potato is mashed & mixed with chopped garlic & green chilli, mustard seeds, and spices. The mass is then formed into a ball, immersed into gram flour batter and deep-fried.

Chole Bhature The Most Famous dish eaten by Punjabi’s for breakfast.
Chole Bhature was invented in Punjab and this is a combination of Channa Masala and fried bread. We even eat this with Lassi or Pickles.
Chole Bhature is even sold on streets as street foods and even some sweet merchants also sell this.

Best Rajma is produced in Nepal hills and in India. Himachal Pradesh and Jammu region is the major producer of kidney beans. Rajma is cooked with onion, garlic, and many different spices in India, and it is one of the staple foods in Nepal.

It’s a non- vegetarian dish. Rogan josh is a staple food in Kashmiri cuisine. It was acquainted with Kashmir by The Mughals, whose cuisine was influenced by Persian cooking.
It’s made with red meat, traditionally lamb or goat that has been cooked in oil, yogurt, and a mix of many different spices. it is generally not a particularly spicy curry. Hyderabad Biriyani is the blend of Mughlai or Iranian cuisines. It’s a staple cuisine in Hyderabad & all over the world.
Hyderabad Biriyani made two types, the Kachchi (raw) Biryani, and the Pakki (cooked) Biryani. The Kachhi Biriyani is cooked with raw meat marinated with many different spices overnight and then soaked in curd before cooking. Pakki Biriyani cooked biriyani, the meat is marinated shorter time and cooked before layered with the rice. A biriyani usually served with Dahi chutney, Mirch ka salan, & salad.
